Generally, printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out, on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and similar colors. Avoid using fabric softeners and refrain from dry-cleaning the items. Additionally, use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary to preserve the vibrancy of the print. These measures will help maintain the quality and longevity of your printed garments.
At our store, all clothing items are made on demand, meaning they are produced specifically for each order. The logos displayed on our products are mockups, and while we strive to maintain consistency, there may be variations in design depending on the fulfillment location. Additionally, please note that embroidered logos may differ significantly due to factors such as the characteristics of the logo, chosen fonts, embroidery machines used, and size longevity of your printed garments.

Your order may consist of various products sourced from different warehouses. To expedite delivery and ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we may opt to ship them separately. It is not possible to change the size of any items after placing an order. As we operate on a print-on-demand basis, each product is specially made for you. We recommend checking our size guide before placing an order.
If your item has a defect, please contact our support immediately. The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Our support team will investigate and strive to find the best solution to resolve the issue. If the defect is caused by our fault, we may either replace the item or, if the product is no longer available, issue a refund.
